R.S KOLI is a family-owned olive oil producer rooted in the traditions of Albanian agriculture, based in the fertile Sulova region of Elbasan.
Our story begins with a deep respect for the land and its native olive trees, shaped by a climate and soil that give our oil its distinctive character. From the very beginning, our focus has been simple: to produce extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, obtained directly from olives through purely mechanical processes, preserving their natural integrity and purity.

We believe in the perfect marriage of Albanian tradition and modern innovation. Great olive oil is not created, it is carefully revealed.
Our oil is obtained solely through mechanical means using Cold-Press Technology. We utilize the advanced Polat PCZ 80 machinery, which extracts oil without increasing processing temperatures. This ensures that the natural aroma, flavor, and bioactive compounds of the olive are perfectly preserved.
